The launch of Gilberti Silk Arts was a masterclass in scaling a niche luxury brand. What began as a series of limited-edition hand-illustrated silks evolved into a sophisticated e-commerce operation fueled by algorithmic intelligence, SEO precision, and a global distribution footprint.

Gilberti Silk Arts is a zero-budget micro-brand ~ no professional camera equipment, no models, no agency. Scaling it to 12 countries required building a system that punched well above its weight class.

I used Adobe Firefly to generate product visuals and lifestyle imagery without a photo shoot, eliminating the need for models, studios, or outside production costs. Claude drove strategy development, keyword mapping, SEO copywriting, and performance analysis ~ replacing what would typically require a full marketing team. The approach was deliberate: build a strategy, test it, read the data, iterate fast.

AI made execution possible at a scale that would otherwise require a real budget.
